We work and take very seriously the construction of each one of our shoes to help you not only walk styled but also at a level of comfort you have never experienced, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you protected. We allow each one of our customers 30 days to request a return for your TAYNOFOOTWEAR.COM purchase, confidently knowing you can return any unworn item on their original package. So go ahead and shop with confidence.

How do I return a TAYNOFOOTWEAR.COM order?

I don't have a return label—what should I do?


Follow our instructions below. 

  1. Email us at INFO@TAYNOFOOTWEAR.COM to request your return label. If you use the label provided $10.99 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the return cost of 1 item. Every extra item on the return will add an additional $5.
  2. Original shipping cost are not refundable. 
  3. Place your items in their shipping box and make sure to include all original shoe packaging (shoe box, show fillers, protection back, etc.) your packing list or the order number.
  4. Peel and stick the return label to the outside of the box.
  5. Drop the box at any UPS or USPS location depending on your label carrier. 

Can I use my own return label? 

Yes, you can return your items at your own cost sending it to our warehouse:

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, if approved we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.  

Can I exchange my order? 
No, we are sorry but we do not currently offer exchanges. 

Can I return something I received as a gift?
Absolutely. If you want to return a gift that was purchased for you on TAYNOFOOTWEAR.COM send us and email to info@taynofootwear.com and we'll issue a credit on a TAYNO FOOTWEAR gift card. 

Can I return items after 30 days? 
No, we allow the customer 30 days to decide whether or not TAYNO Footwear is the right choice for you. After 30 days returns are not accepted. If an item is received past the 30 days of the original purchase order date a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. 

How do I return defective or flawed product? 
We stand behind all of our shoes. That is why we offer 30 days to check your product and If your product is defective or flawed you can always get a replacement shipped at no cost to you but the defective item have to be send to us and it most be unworn and unwashed on its original package.

OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.

Items returned in a condition other than the original will be subject to a partial refund depending on the condition of the item or no refund at all, at our discretion. Please note that all returned items must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund.
